1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
Software, downloadable products, or digital licenses.
Opened or used accessories (earphones, chargers, cables, etc.).
Products without original packaging or tags.

Our team will verify eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Pack the product securely with all original accessories and ship it to the provided address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective/wrong product.
5. Exchanges
